Rolo da massa, Papel vegetal, Tabuleiro
Preparação
Pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC.Colocar no copo o açúcar, a manteiga, a farinha, as gemas de ovo e o leite e misturar 15seg/vel 5.Com a ajuda de um rolo, estender a massa numa superfície polvilhada com farinha e com um cortador redondo, cortar a massa em círculos e colocar num tabuleiro de forno forrado com papel vegetal.Levar ao forno a 180ºC durante 10 minutos ou até dourar.Retirar e deixar arrefecer.
De seguida, no copo limpo, colocar o chocolate e rala 10seg/vel 9. Baixar o que ficou na parede do copo com a ajuda da espátula e derreter 5min/50ºC/vel 2.
Colocar um pouco de doce de cereja sobre uma bolacha, sobrepor com outra e mergulhar no chocolate.Deixar secar sobre uma folha de papel vegetal.
